We have also just extended our delivery range to include Eastern Ontario, Gatineau and Montreal in Quebec! For customers in the rest of Canada + The US please visit www.levadirect.com for free delivery across North America! All orders to Northern Ontario are subject to an added Delivery charge due to freight charges in the area.

With in home delivery & set-ups, if you would like us to take away your old mattress and boxspring, our team is happy to remove them for you with the Recycling Fee of $25 per piece.  If you need assistance with removal of an old adjustable base or bed frame, additional charges apply ranging from $75-$150.

I still have no bed.

We are almost at 30 day since we purchased our bed and cover and sheets...ect...with you and We are still waiting for delivery on the 19th expect a call either to ask for a new survey for praise or to demand a refund!!!!!!!!

Hi Michael, We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received your bed. It left our warehouse a long time ago and it seems the shipper had some delays crossing the border. This is very frustrating for us with US orders as as soon as the item gets picked up we lose control of the customer experience. We will do our best to make sure this is resolved for you ASAP.
