My husband and I recently purchased our very first adjustable bed, and we couldn't be happier with our decision!

A Google search originally led us to Leva Sleep, and from our very first email right through to our purchase, the experience was fantastic.

What really impressed us was the level of customization and the variety of price points available. My husband and I have very different preferences when it comes to mattresses, so being able to build a sleep system that suited us both individually was a huge selling point.

We did have a small hiccup on delivery day when the delivery team arrived with only one base for our split king. We're still not quite sure how that happened, but after a couple of phone calls, the issue was resolved quickly, professionally and efficiently. The delivery team was so awesome to spend the time and care in set up, it was such professional delivery. What impressed us even more was that the founder personally reached out afterwards and went above and beyond, providing some thoughtful extras to make up for the inconvenience. That kind of customer service says a lot about a company!

Now, let's talk about the actual sleep experience!

I purposely waited over two months before writing this review because I wanted to give our new sleep system a proper trial.

And WOW. AMAZING. Honestly, kind of life-changing!

My husband uses a CPAP and has struggled with physical discomfort while sleeping for quite some time. He chose a very firm Kingsdown mattress, and he absolutely loves it. His body aches have decreased significantly, and he's getting a much better night's sleep.

I, on the other hand, prefer something much more plush, so I took the plunge and chose the Revive Medium/Plush mattress.

I've always been a side and tummy sleeper, and for years I've dealt with painful nerve issues in my left arm because of my sleeping position. What I never expected was just how much of a difference an adjustable bed could make!

Even though I still sleep on my side or tummy, being able to slightly elevate my head has naturally changed my sleeping position just enough that within the first month, the pain and nerve issues I'd been experiencing for years were completely gone!

It honestly boggles my mind that something as simple as a little elevation could make such an incredible difference. I can confidently say I will NEVER go back to sleeping flat again! On a side note: when I play with the zero gravity settings and find the right spot I laughed because I said to my husband ‘even my toes feel relaxed’ I haven’t made the transition to being a back sleeper yet..but maybe someday.

Is an adjustable sleep system a significant investment? Absolutely, especially if you choose a higher-end combination like we did. But in our experience, it has been worth every single nickel!

Between the quality of the products, the ability to customize our individual comfort, the exceptional customer service and, most importantly, the improvement in our sleep and overall comfort, we couldn't be happier.

We are extremely happy with Leva Sleep and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering an adjustable bed.

Not sleepless in Smiths Falls :)

This bed has been a game changer. My husband has Parkinson’s so finds it very difficult to get comfortable and get up by himself. The adjustable bed helps with both. An added bonus is he rarely disturbs my sleep now.

I am sleeping comfortably with various positions of the mattress..trying out all the angles. Last night I fell asleep to the massage which surprised me in the morning.

We are enjoying the firmness and plushness of this bed. Absolutely need this for our backs.

It’s a really good bed. Glad I purchased it. I went from sleeping in a lounge chair to this wonderful adjustable bed. Beauty Rest med/soft. ✨💯

I was not happy with the delivery delivery. No respect for my property they just rammed the big boxes into my home. The older man was the worst. He just missed hitting my China cupboard. Then he took the boxes to my bedroom . You could tell he was angry he remarked about my bed being there. I said you were to take it away when they pulled it out and pushed the box in the bedroom something got hit and broke apart. I’m still missing my remote for my fan. I can’t find it. It’s missing they didn’t ask where I want the bed and when I went in the bedroom, it was up against the window wall. That’s not where we’re supposed to go. I told him where and he pushed it so far and as he did it, he ran my two end tables together with my bedframe. He left the bed in that place, which wasn’t far enough over in the bed when they pushed it up against the headboard it’s on an angle the one side of the bed is right up and my side of the bed. It’s out several inches and I couldn’t move the bed after they were gone. I was not happy at all with the men that the young fellow was OK the older man he had an attitude when he came in and while he was here. Also the bed I got I thought it operated different from each other but instead it’s it moves all is one big piece and not too individuals. Also, I was having a bit of difficulty with the mattress because it was slippery.
I would slide off the edge when I have mobility issues. Also I was not shown how to work the bed. He handed me the open book with the remote sitting on it and said here and left.

We are loving our new bed! The website was easy to navigate and made it easy to find what we were looking for… imagine our surprise when we were upgraded from the 200 to the 500! Amazing! The delivery team was polite and very personable. A fantastic team!

We really like the bed we purchased but we still haven't received the sheets that were promised to us.

Our experience with LEVA was fantastic from start to finish. At the store in Barrie, our salesman, Blane, was extremely knowledgeable, answering every question we had with ease and kindness. He patiently allowed us to try all of the beds onsite that met our needs, while simultaneously helping another couple who happened to be in the store at the same time.

After ordering, we were told we’d receive a note letting us know our expected delivery date, and twenty-four hours before arrival we’ed receive the three hour window for the actual delivery.

Everything went exactly as planned.

The two men who delivered the mattresses and mechanisms were efficient and polite, and the whole installation was complete in less than a half hour.

We’ve had our beds for a few weeks now, and couldn’t be happier with the product.

My g/f and I just received our new Solace bed 2 weeks ago, and it is FANTASTIC! The motors are so quiet and smooth when transitioning from upright to flat. We sleep better. My g/f raves about it. Money well spent + purchased it for about half the price a similar bed costs at another store. Thank you, Leva Sleep 👍

My mattress is everything my son expounded about his new Leva sleep system. My first night, I tried the Anti-snore position. On waking, I felt very well rested with no dry mouth issues. The Massage Mode is fantastic. Happy that I made the purchase!
