SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a Free Standard Delivery Across Ontario + Southern Alberta (Excluding Northern Ontario). We also offer premier delivery which includes in home setup within the majority of Southern Ontario and Alberta 

With in home delivery & set-up, if you would like us to take away your old mattress and boxspring, our team is happy to remove them for you with the Recycling Fee of $99.  If you need assistance with removal of an old adjustable base or bed frame, additional charges apply ranging from $75-$150.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring setup further than 150km away.

  • Customers will be contacted within shortly after their order being placed to confirm delivery status. 
  • In stock orders will be delivered within 7-10 days 
  • Premier delivery orders will be assigned their 3 hour window the day before delivery.  

 



RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES:

60 Night Comfort Guarantee on Mattresses

Your comfort is important to us and essential in getting a good night’s sleep! If your new mattress doesn't feel like the right fit, you have the option to exchange it within 60 nights of delivery. Since it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress, we do not accept exchanges under our comfort guarantee earlier than 21 nights after you get your mattress. With a new mattress, there often needs to be a break-in period.  We find most customers end up loving their new bed. 

With Leva Sleep’s 60 Night Comfort Guarantee on mattresses, if you're still not comfortable, our team will help find a different mattress option that suits you better. One comfort exchange per new mattress purchase is available with a $149 exchange fee plus any difference in mattress price.  

*The 60 Night Comfort Guarantee does not apply to out of province orders (outside Ontario).

RETURNS:

  • All sales are final on adjustable bases. Refunds will only be processed if order is cancelled prior to delivery.
  • All sales are final on sleep accessories such as mattress protectors, bed sheets and pillows.  Refunds will only be processed if order is cancelled prior to delivery or on non-opened packages.
