SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a Free Standard Delivery Across Ontario (Excluding Northern Ontario). We also offer free premier delivery which includes in home setup within 150KMS of our Mississauga warehouse as well as Ottawa and Kingston.  

With in home delivery & set-ups, if you would like us to take away your old mattress and boxspring, our team is happy to remove them for you with the Recycling Fee of $25 per piece.  If you need assistance with removal of an old adjustable base or bed frame, additional charges apply ranging from $75-$150.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring setup further than 150km away. If you live outside of Ontario, please visit www.levadirect.com for Leva Sleep products available for free shipping across Canada + The United States!

• Customers will be contacted within 2 - 5 days of their order being placed to confirm delivery status. 
• In stock orders will be delivered within 2-14 working days. 
• Customers must provide contact number at checkout to ensure swift delivery service.

• Where possible we accommodate customer availability for delivery, however, available delivery days are subject to change. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES:

60 Night Comfort Guarantee on Mattresses

Your comfort is important to us and essential in getting a good night’s sleep!  When something is new, often there needs to be a break-in period.  We recommend allowing time for your bed to break-in before exchanging, as most customers end up loving their new bed. 

With Leva Sleep’s 60 Night Comfort Guarantee on mattresses, if you are uncomfortable and your mattress isn’t working for you, our team will help find a different mattress option that works better with a $100 Exchange Fee.  If your new selection is less expensive, we’ll simply refund you the difference, or charge you the difference if you upgrade.  Please note: only one exchange allowed per customer.  

*The 60 Night Comfort Guarantee does not apply to out of province orders (outside Ontario).

RETURNS:

• Mattresses may be returned within 30 Days of Delivery if clean and pass a quality inspection, with a $100 Return Fee. *Specialty mattresses and sizes are excluded and non-returnable.
• All sales are final on adjustable bases. Refunds will only be processed if order is cancelled prior to delivery.
• All sales are final on sleep accessories such as mattress protectors, bed sheets and pillows.  Refunds will only be processed if order is cancelled prior to delivery or on non-opened packages.
