Official Contest Rules

"Stanley Cup Dream Tickets Contest"

1. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored and administered by Leva Sleep Inc. ("Sponsor"). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the NHL, or any of their affiliates.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 20th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2025("Contest Period").

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority (18 years old) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Leva Sleep Inc., and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse, children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Eligible customers will automatically receive Contest entries based on their qualifying purchase made during the Contest Period:

  • 1 entry for every $10 spent

  • Bonus Entries Awarded To purchases over $2000

No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a purchase, individuals may submit their entry by signing up for Leva Sleep’s email newsletter during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) free entry per person.

5. Prize

There are two (2) prizes available to be won, consisting of:

  • Two (2) lower bowl tickets to attend a Toronto Maple Leafs home game during the Stanley Cup Final (subject to availability and conditional on the Toronto Maple Leafs qualifying for the Finals); or

  • A cash prize of $5,000 CAD, at the winner’s option or if the Toronto Maple Leafs do not advance to the Stanley Cup Final.

  • A 75" 4K TV Early Bird Prize 

Approximate retail value of the tickets prize: up to $5,000 CAD.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, and is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

A random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor on June 5, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted via email and/or telephone at the contact information provided at time of entry.

The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (see below), they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or email, such as:

"What is 23 plus 7 minus 3?"

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city of residence, photograph, and/or image for publicity purposes by the Sponsor, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding prizes, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Update:
"Leva Sleep Inc. collects personal information for the purposes of administering contests, communicating with entrants, and providing marketing communications where consent has been given. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer this contest or as required by law. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time."

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest for any reason, without notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
