You have to teach your delivery people how to put the bed together. They couldn’t even put the brackets on. My husband had to do it.

The mattress is nice. I ordered the medium rather than plush, and it is slightly too stiff for me. I would have thought medium was a little softer. My medium feels like a firm.

Comfortable mattress, only had it couple weeks but like the ability to adjust bed to different rent positions. Night light at bottom of bed is very handy especially during night time trips to loo!

We ordered the Bijou King bed frame for our adjustable beds (2 Twin XL). Of all the frames in the market, this is the best quality, all stitched (no staples) and well padded. The delivery guys were courteous and installed the frames in timely manner, Unfortunately, our adjustable beds did not fit well on the sides of the frame. Our adjustable beds were purchased from another vendor.
Sadly, we had to return the headboard and frame. The return was very easy, We called and they immediately sent someone. .One person came and uninstalled the bed and packaged everything back, Got an email after that we should get our refund in 2-3 business days. I still recommend LEVA for quality and service.
We are loving our adjustable bed and the Kingsdown Baroness Mattress! Super comfortable! Excellent service from Leva Sleep and Aryan and Trae who came to our house to set up the beds were extremely profession and answered any questions we had. Really pleased with the product and with Leva's customer service!
The Evolution Leva Base is high quality, arrived and was assembled as expected, fitted perfectly with my purple mattress, makes it easy to change fitted sheets and make the bed, and simply transformed our sleep to the best rest one can get. I highly recommend it

The service I got the order the bed was great but the bed come with missing parts was Nott programmed and had to order parts for and install them myself
It’s a good mattress but I did have to buy a mattress topper because it just wasn’t soft enough for the sore spots, but I also wanted some firmness so now it’s perfect.
Love, love, love. I can’t believe how much I miss it when we are away.
My husband and I love this bed. We bought it about 3 years a go and wish we had bought one years ago. This is the best place to buy your adjustable bed from. They make you feel welcomed and have the best customer service that you can find.

I’m not sure what you are asking. My base is black. I’m satisfied with my bed. I have not slept in a bed for ten years. I’m having trouble staying in bed all night. I wake up approximately two times per night with a sore back and once I’m up a little is then able to return back to bed.
