We had really good customer service at the store and by email when we had pre-delivery questions. The bed was exactly what we expected and the mattresses were fine. We bought 4” memory foam toppers for each of the mattresses (bought a king and cut it to size). This made it just about perfect. Those entry level mattresses made a perfect base for upgrading it with the toppers!
I have severe back and hip issues and this bed has made a world of difference!

We like the bed but the poor sheet n bedding fit is a problem. We are on our 3rd try today to get bedding that works with an adjusting bed

Finally, A Good Night’s Sleep!

We purchased a queen dual adjustable bed (unfortunately, the king was too big for our space). I need to be “propped up” while sleeping for medical reasons while my spouse likes to remain fairly horizontal. We both love the bed and our independence to adjust. Delivery prompt and courteous. We are very pleased.
