Evolution LX Adjustable Base

The beds are great! Blaine was really good in assessing our needs. My husband required the bed for medical reasons and he needed the bed when he came home from hospital. We got the split king. His bed is the medical type of bed, along with a bed rail. They didn’t have it available within the 2 week delivery so they gave us a loaner bed temporarily. This was a lifesaver when he came home from hospital. It made it so easy for him to get in and out of bed. It is too bad that the medical bed did not come with the massage feature.

Our only disappointment was with the accessories. I told him we like to sleep cool, however the sheets and mattress protector are just awful and do not allow for a comfortable night sleep. The mattress protector is very slippery causing issues with the sheets sliding, and when someone with a disability is trying to get in and out of bed, and he is sliding, it is not safe!! I have gone back to Blaine to find out what we can do, and the only response was I can buy more. I should not have to buy more, but rather exchange. I also shared the sheets are rough, hot and uncomfortable and don’t allow for a good night sleep. I should have been able to bring them all back, and exchange them. I realize the packages are open but you don’t know until you try them. Instead I have had to go elsewhere and buy them. I don’t know why I was asked if I like to sleep cool or hot and the wrong sheets were sent. Additionally, the sheets were sent as a queen and had to go to the store to exchange them.

The element of the accessories I bought and not able to return or exchange really turned me off of Leva.

The two adjustable bases and mattresses we bought from Leva has proven to be worth the money. We‘ve had the most comfortable sleep as any pressure point can be adjusted by a press of a button. We use the massage feature every night. The leva salesperson was patient and knowledgeable. The delivery team was careful and respectful. It was a most satisfactory purchase experience.

At the last minute we had a rush need for the delivery and their customer team did everything they could to move up the delivery. One of the delays was the mattress was on backorder. They found one that met are needs and were able to make the swap and move up the delivery.

After installation, I had a follow-up questions and through their online chat, was able to have it answered. Along with a recommendation of adding something form a 3rd party that met our needs.

Love the bed. Service and delivery was great.
