Beyond Pleased

We did a tremendous amount of research before our purchase. I must admit the gimmicky ads were indeed off putting. However when comparing beds and price points the Heavenly Hybrid came out a winner in comfort, price and service. We had a small hiccup at the start but it was immediately resolved. Delivery team were professional and great to deal with. All in all beyond pleased.

Best sleep ever

We invested in a Heavenly Hybrid Split King Adjustable Bed with the aim of easing aches and pains. What we found was, we had a deeper and more restful sleep which left us feeling pain free and ready for what the day brings. The team at Leva sleep were polite, helpful and answered all our questions promptly which gave us the confidence to purchase from them. The whole experience from browsing to delivery and bed set up was first class. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and their products.

Not sure yet

The purchase went smoothly as well as the delivery and set up. I mentioned to the sakes person that I has severe low back issues so we ordered two different mattresses, the plush medium and the plush firm. So far and it's only been two weeks or so, I have more pain in the morning than before. I'm trying different positions and most of the time sleep in the flat position like I did on my old King size mattress. I am.hoping for some relief soon but so far it's only gotten worse. Not giving up just yet. JB

Bed/adjustable frame

The mattress so far is very comfortably. Was able to sleep well the first night. Now much. Better.
The king split adjustable. One working very well. The other is also working well however during adjusting the feet section there has been a constant bang as the process continues. More annoying than anything else. Something I do not want to happen.
It took 3 calls before a customer service rep actually said something definite. Not just use it and the sound should go away. I have been asked to use it for 2 more weeks and if the noise is still there call back. They will then address this with a probable solution. That’s next week May 9/25. I sent them a video on where it was and what noise it made.
The staff seem very pleasant and capable. Access to somebody anytime is very good.
