Every local Leva Sleep order includes free delivery.

For customers in the Southern Ontario & Alberta area, we offer an optional Hassle-Free In-Home Setup service. Our team will deliver your new bed, set it up in your room of choice, connect and test all adjustable base features, and remove all packaging materials before leaving.

We also offer optional mattress removal for local customers who would like us to take away their existing mattress.

For customers outside our local delivery area, we provide Canada wide delivery so you can enjoy Leva Sleep products no matter where you live.

If your new mattress doesn’t feel like the right fit, you have the option to exchange it within 60 nights of delivery.

Since it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress, we do not accept exchanges under our comfort guarantee earlier than 21 nights after you get your mattress. To get started, just contact our customer experience team. One comfort exchange per new mattress purchase is available with a $149 fee plus any difference in mattress price.

For height, the mattress is 13" but the complete adjustable bed can range from 18"-30 off the ground as it includes adjustable leg height. Additional leg extensions can be purchased if more height is required.

We'll take your old bed away so you don't have to deal with it. Old mattress removal is available for $99, and old adjustable base removal for $249 — both handled at the time of delivery, so your bedroom is ready for your new bed the same day.

A couple of things to know: we aren't able to remove bed frames, and for the health and safety of our delivery team, we can't accept mattresses with significant staining or soiling. If you're unsure whether your mattress qualifies, just ask when booking your delivery.

The Embrace Adjustable Bed Package is built to be the last bed you'll need to buy for a long time. The adjustable base is backed by a limited warranty of 10 to 25 years, and the mattress carries a 10-year non-prorated warranty — meaning if something goes wrong, it's covered in full, not at some depreciated fraction of what you paid.

Most bases in this category are engineered for 8 to 10 years of nightly use. Ours are built beyond that standard, which is why we can stand behind them for up to 25. With normal use, you can expect well over a decade of reliable performance from the complete package.

If anything ever does come up, you're dealing with us directly — not a third-party warranty company.

Many of our customers come to us specifically because of joint pain — hips, shoulders, knees, lower back — and it's one of the areas where an adjustable bed makes a real difference. A flat mattress forces your body to conform to it. An adjustable base does the opposite: it positions the bed around your body, taking pressure off the joints that bother you most.

Elevating your legs reduces strain on hips and knees. Raising your upper body takes load off shoulders and eases the pressure that builds when you sleep flat. Paired with a mattress with proper pressure relief, most people toss and turn less — which means less aggravating sore joints through the night.

Snoring usually happens when you lie flat and the soft tissue at the back of your throat relaxes into your airway. Raising your upper body even a few degrees changes that geometry and keeps the airway more open — which is why elevation is one of the most common first recommendations for snorers. Our bases include a one-touch Anti-Snore preset that raises the head to the right angle automatically. For couples, this is often the feature that sells the bed: one partner snoring less means both people sleep better.

This is one of the most common reasons people come to us. With a split configuration, each side of the bed adjusts independently — one of you can read with your head raised while the other lies flat, and each side can have its own preset positions. You can also pair different comfort levels on each side, so a soft-mattress sleeper and a firm-mattress sleeper stop compromising. The hybrid construction also isolates motion well, so one person adjusting their side or getting up doesn't disturb the other.

Chronic back pain often comes down to two things at night: sleeping position and pressure. This package addresses both. The adjustable base lets you sleep in a slightly elevated position — like Zero-G, which raises your head and legs to take load off your lower back and keep your spine in a more neutral posture than lying flat allows.

The hybrid mattress does the second half of the work, supporting your spine's natural alignment while cushioning pressure points at the hips and shoulders. The combination matters: proper positioning without proper support (or the other way around) only solves half the problem.

It also helps with the practical side of back pain — raising the head of the bed makes getting in and out of bed noticeably easier on your back than pushing yourself up from flat.
