Leva adjustable bed.

The bed itself is nice but I can't get the remote to move the bed. I've had 2 other guys try to figure it out. The reason I bought this bed over a regular bed was because it was adjustable
If someone could come and see what's going on with it I'm sure I will be able to be pleased.
